Email Marketing TSA Group is one of Australia's largest employers for contact centre staff, and I helped strategise new ways for them to recruit staff. One of my solutions was to create lead generation ads on Facebook with a follow-up email questionnaire. This system allowed TSA Group to identify the most interested candidates, and the automated emails were hugely successful! SEO & Content Marketing In April 2020, I researched how to promote Explore Careers using digital marketing. Explore Careers helps Australian school students discover employers they may want to work for after they graduate. I identified that every month more than 11,000 Google searches are made for a Career Quiz. Based on this data I recommended that Explore Careers develop a career quiz to capture this opportunity. We launched the quiz in May 2020, and by February 2021 the page ranked on the first page of Google Search results for 81 unique searches with an average CPC of $1.30 (according to SEMrush). Launched Dynamic Hotel Ads for Sunwing Travel Group
I developed a data system that enabled us to create dynamic hotel ads on Facebook. We tested the ads on Facebook and Instagram for 4 weeks between September-October 2019. By showing customers great deals for hotels they were already interested in, our new personalized ads were our most efficient on Facebook to date. Compared to other Facebook campaigns, customers shown personalized ads were 3.6x more likely to book, and the cost per booking was 48% lower. |

I produced all of Sunwing's mobile advertising and optimized the campaigns to maximize ROI. To improve performance and provide constructive feedback to the creative team, I constantly ran A/B tests with different creative and placements.
Implemented cross-channel campaigns for NYU I implemented our NYU in Brooklyn campaign across social, Google, and sponsored content. I negotiated with the New York Times (NYT) to use their new flex-frame ad unit to increase engagement with our campaign. Using innovative ad units, like the NYT flex-frame, was essential to the success of the campaign. Our NYT flex-frames saw up to 6x more click-throughs and 4x more viewable impressions. |
